My itinerary is taking long or came back empty.

Plans stream in stop by stop and usually finish within a minute. If one stalls, ask again. If it keeps happening, email us the city and roughly when you tried.

Loci can't find places near me.

Near me needs location access while you use the app. On iPhone: Settings → Loci → Location → While Using the App.

The mic button is missing or does nothing.

Dictation needs microphone permission. On iPhone: Settings → Loci → Microphone.

How do I export or delete my data, or my account?

Settings has export and account deletion. Deleting your account removes your trips, saves and profile.
